1.Cancellation, Refunds & Changes Policy
1.1:
The product is in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery, i.e. not worn, not used, not washed, not showing any wear, defect or unwanted odours and is accompanied by its packaging, the label (tag) and the receipt or purchase invoice.
1.2:
a. When the product delivered to you is not what you ordered. In this case, the product must be returned within 14 days of delivery, otherwise the Merchant is not obliged to make a second delivery.
b. When the product has material defects, you may request a replacement, a reduction of the price or a full refund.
In these two cases (a and b), we bear the cost of return only if you send the products with the same courier company "SPEEDEX COURIER" or "ELTA COURIER" that you received.
In case you wish to use another courier company, you are responsible for these costs. The product must be carefully placed in its packaging to avoid possible damage during transport.

1.3. Product change. 
Within 14 days of delivery, you have the right to exchange the product you received with a product of the same price or higher, paying the difference. Exchanges can only be made by telephone at +(30) 2463400040 ( Mon-Sat: 10.00-14.00 ) or by sending an email to thecartgr@gmail.com and only with the proof of purchase accompanying the goods. Otherwise you will be charged an additional 7€ in the exchange process. You will be liable for the cost of any damage caused to the product during the return. In the event that you do not wish to make your exchange immediately, you have the right to use the amount of the value to make purchases within 60 calendar days. Otherwise, the value of the amount will be lost. In the event that a product is returned to us which has suffered any damage, in relation to its original condition, the company reserves the right to exercise all its legal rights, reserving the right to claim any compensation of any kind. For reasons of hygiene changes to jewellery & accessories are not accepted.

2. Right of Withdrawal
In case you wish to cancel your order from the site for any reason you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, if you fall under the concept of consumer according to Law 2251/1994 as in force. The exercise of the right of withdrawal is possible only within 14 days from the receipt of the product. If the 14-day period for exercising the right of withdrawal expires on a non-working day, the period shall be extended until the next working day. By exercising the right of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the product to us in its original perfect condition (as new) in which it was delivered to you. In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal you must inform us at our contact details (by email at thecartgr@gmail.com, or by phone at ++(30) 2463400040 ) and then send back the product. You can also use the preprinted withdrawal form. The costs of returning the products are entirely at your expense. The products must be sent to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of our notification. In any case of exercising the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of the tracking number of the shipment so that we can monitor the process. The company will make a refund to the customer, using the same method of payment that you had chosen when you purchased the product. The refund will be made within 14 days from the day the business receives the product. 

In case you have paid by payment card, we proceed with the order to the card issuer when the product is returned to us and we are not responsible for any delays in crediting the price that are not due to us. In case the payment for the order was made by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the refund will be made to the bank account you have indicated in the return form. In any case, you will be sent an informative e-mail with proof of transfer to the e-mail address you provided when placing the order. 
The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of handling the goods other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. We shall not be liable and shall not compensate a consumer or give effect to a withdrawal in the event that damage to the goods has been caused by the consumer's fault or in the event of use which exceeds that which is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.

You are not entitled to withdraw in the cases of article 3b of Law 2251/94 and in any other case provided by law or the present according to the law. Indicatively, you are not entitled to exercise withdrawal in products which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons such as underwear, headphones. 
 

3. Liability and Guarantee (applicable to Gadjets)
The Merchant, is not itself a Supplier and does not itself provide a commercial warranty for durable consumer goods with an estimated probable life of more than two (2) years.
In any case, the consumer's rights under the two-year statutory warranty apply, as specified in Article 5 of Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection as amended, as well as in Articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code.
For information on the commercial guarantee of the product purchased from www.the cart.gr, please refer to the product information, as well as on the product packaging. In addition, you may also consult the website of each Supplier and refer to the other accompanying documents and information which are included in the product under the responsibility of the Supplier, in particular those relating to information on the safe use and maintenance of the product.
The warranty of each consumer durable product is valid according to the Supplier from the date of purchase and allows for free repair of the problem, provided that: a) the warranty of the dealership and the proof of purchase of the device are present, b) the fixed data of the device (Serial No.) have not been altered and c) the damage is not excluded on the basis of the manufacturer's warranty form.

The Supplier of each product determines what the commercial guarantee of that product or service is, and the manner of coverage is up to the Supplier and not our store.
For some products in addition, Suppliers provide for the possibility of commercial replacement due to DOA (refers to Replacement of a product with a Technical Problem on delivery Dead-On-Arrival).
This option, if provided by the manufacturer, applies for a certain period of time after purchase and is usually valid for a few days from the date of purchase (different time for each product from 3 to 30 days depending on the manufacturer). 
In case the product is covered by the DOA replacement service and you wish to activate it, the recovery procedure provided by the manufacturer must be followed within the time foreseen by the procedure.

In the case where replacement rather than repair is intended, then the product should be sent to a manufacturer-approved return point for inspection and replacement approval and always in accordance with the DOA policy of the manufacturer.
In this case, the customer must come to the store with the product and proof of purchase (packaging is desirable) in order for the Merchant to visually inspect the product and determine the damage.
Especially for Original Apple accessories, if it is determined that the problem is due to the fault of the customer (e.g. broken accessory, cut cable, etc.), the customer will be informed that the accessory cannot be replaced and that he/she will have to purchase a new accessory.
In the event that the product is covered by the DOA replacement service and you wish to activate it, the manufacturer's prescribed restoration procedure must be followed within the time stipulated by the procedure.
